What a warm welcome! A beautiful hotel and we were treated to an upgrade upon arrival. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was big enough for us (we're tall people, 184cm & 195cm and usually don't fit in a standard bed in England). The food (both from the bar and breakfast) is fresh and tasty: loved it. We used the spa as well and that is a very nice bonus of this hotel.

Holiday Inn Express Bath is a 15-minute walk from the magnificent Roman centre of Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage city.

The staff were really warm and lovely and the room was really spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the the pub and wish we’d had more time to spend there throughout our stay.
