The room was beautiful. The food and drink was exceptional. The location was lovely and refreshing. Lot's of lovely walks by the Estuary and in the country and plenty of bar and café options nearby. A brilliant place. 10/10

Wonderful rural location just off the A12 and a 10 minute walk into Dedham village, plenty of free parking, friendly staff, beautifully decorated and furnished buildings, facilities set over three sites within two or three minutes drive of each other but staff will ferry you backwards and forwards, room and breakfast excellent value and high-end restaurant serves delicious food.

The Red Lion has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in East Bergholt. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk.

Our whole experience was excellent from the moment we arrived, beautiful place, great staff, service was excellent and the rooms were beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious, and we were made to feel very welcome ❤️

The lady in the front desk was so nice, warm and friendly. I think her name was Esther, she welcomed us so warmly when we stumbled tired and worn into the hotel a late evning. She made sure we had everything we needed and her warm attitude made us feel so safe and welcomed after a long week driving through Europe. Her professional and nice catering towards us made the first impression so good that we paid for an extra night

Situated just outside Ipswich centre, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from Ipswich Railway Station.

Lovely spot, staff were really nice and the quality of the rooms were way better than some places that are charging 3x the price of a room here. Will definitely stay here again and the other locations they have around the UK.
