The room was beautiful. The food and drink was exceptional. The location was lovely and refreshing. Lot's of lovely walks by the Estuary and in the country and plenty of bar and café options nearby. A brilliant place. 10/10

Wonderful rural location just off the A12 and a 10 minute walk into Dedham village, plenty of free parking, friendly staff, beautifully decorated and furnished buildings, facilities set over three sites within two or three minutes drive of each other but staff will ferry you backwards and forwards, room and breakfast excellent value and high-end restaurant serves delicious food.

Holiday Inn Ipswich Orwell has a convenient location, with good access to the region's major roads.

We are,a family of three plus a dog and have stayed twice. The staff are always friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to facilitate my daughter's gluten free requirement. The food is good and rooms comfortable.
