The staff was friendly and greeted us every time we were moving. The room had all the amenities. Quite a good Morning buffet. Was located near to a metro station - so traveling was easy and a nice food court with different cuisines.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, clean and cozy, very comfortable, and had perfect amenities. Room is spacious, clean and very comfortable (bed, pillows, bathroom) and all the facilities were wonderful. The staff was great, responsive, kind, and super friendly. They responded brilliantly to all our questions and wishes. Except facilities the Team is the most valuable thing in this hotel :) They managed to surprise us with compliments for birthday of our friend, without expecting it, we were very touched. Breakfast is great, tasty, and at an excellent level. We will definitely come back again.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. It just opened in 2023. It's so clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. And the metro line to the city center is just around the corner.

Truly one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in, staff were nothing but lovely offering a free room upgrade on arrival due to it being mine and my girlfriend's anniversary, to which we were welcomed into our room with sparkling wine. The building was absolutely stunning, with the second largest staircase in budapest (which we were informed of and shown by the excellent employee who showed us to our room). Location is good, maybe a 20 minute walk to the city centre but a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station which will get you there in no time. Spa facilities were fantastic and very clean with a nice big sauna with plenty room. My girlfriend informed the staff that it was my birthday during our stay and the in house baker made me a beautiful birthday ensemble with macarons and chocolate. 10/10 stay, I can highly recommend to anyone thinking about a holiday to budapest.
