I stayed at this hotel for training and arrived two days early to explore Mumbai. My experience was truly unforgettable. As a solo traveler arriving at midnight, I appreciated the seamless airport pickup. Seeing the hotel staff waiting for me was a huge relief. The 40-minute ride allowed me to relax, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the 24th floor. The luxurious room instantly eased my travel fatigue. Housekeeping’s thoughtful touches—handwritten notes, bath salts, a dessert, and even a rose—made my stay extra special. we were going to miss breakfast because of early checkout at 7, but the receptionist made sure some form of breakfast is available at 6:30 am. Little things like these made the stay much better. They have parking space on their own property,
