Get here just before sunrise for a delight. Whilst it wasn't a completely clear day when I visited the sky did not disappoint with it's shades of orange and reds which reflected of the silver of the sculpture. Beautiful art. Sadly no information to be found at the site that explained who made it, what it was made of, etc... I also did not care for how many people were climbing on it.
