We loved our room (very elegantly designed and comfortable) and the location (right in the middle of Centro Storico) and the amazing views on the rooftop, but it's the staff that is particularly exceptional about Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel. Licia, Marco, Gianni, and Dario were all so generous with their time in making our honeymoon stay extra comfortable, quickly helping me upgrade to a bigger room, order flowers in the room, etc. They were phenomenal. I can't recommend their service highly enough. The next time I visit Napoli I'm definitely coming here again :)

We loved exploring Naples with all its treasures and experiencing its unique atmosphere and culture. The Parker’s Hotel provides a most beautiful view on Naples bay. evrything! ir is amazing located, charming hotel in the tipical italian neighbourhood! sound protection works! roms are very funcionables and the bathrooms are organazide excelent! room was ectremly clean! breakfast was nice and nice touch of the hotel was that during all day u can take coffe or something sweet in the dinning room-for free! staf was very polite with advices where to est or to buy something if u ask them! all best about this 3star hotel wich value more than 3 stars
