Fantastic design luxury hotel, the modern twist in an old beautiful building is stunning. We had the junior suite looking over the canal and the fresco on the ceiling did make the difference. Great breakfast and very helpful staff, we enjoyed the sauna too

This is a really nice place. Great people, good breakfast price= quality its perfect. For those who like to sleep at night :) its just perfect! No noise from outside. Walking distance from the railway station and the main attractions. Very clean place! Recommend it.

The hotel is wonderful, close to several parking lots, in front of one of the canals, the breakfast was the best of all the hotels I stayed at. the hotel is a 30-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and 20 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Close to several restaurants. The service from the entire hotel team was 5-star hotel standard. The room is beautiful, the one I stayed in was facing the canal. The hotel has a garden at the back that is very beautiful and charming.
