Everything was great!!! The staff was extremely nice! They made us feel so comfortable, even upgraded us with a larger room! 5 floors hotel, quick elevator, great location! Many transportation options in the area, safe zone, quite street. The room was very clean, the bed was huge & comfortable, hot water in the shower 24/7. You can make tea in your room.. And the price was so fair for what you get! Overall: fantastic experience, will be back for sure!!

Everything. The location is wonderful for all the attractions and shopping! The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful! The breakfast was impressive and delicious and full of variety! The room was beautifully decorated and spacious! Many thanks to Anne at the front desk! If there’s a score more than 10, I will not hesitate to choose it! If I ever visit Turin again, this will be the only hotel we choose!

From the moment I checked in to the check out time, staff were extraordinary. Pleasant, helpful, explaining everything in the hotel and around Torino. At breakfast the wonderful staff explained the origin of the foods, and suggestions for me (as a vegetarian) to try. The room was very comfortable and breakfast delicious. Thank you as it was only a fleeting visit, but the highlight of this recent travel!
