The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Niina and Goto at the welcome desk were genuinely warm, attentive, and made check-in feel effortless. Akaki went above and beyond, personally coordinating restaurant and onsen reservations for me throughout my stay — which made a big difference on a busy itinerary. The room was spotless, the amenities were top-tier, and the location was perfect for accessing the rest of Beppu.

I absolutely love everything here! The villa is beautiful, stylish, and has such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a quiet getaway. Excellent location - very close to the Hells. Excellent hotel and hotel facilities - the hotel has a gorgeous modern aesthetic, everything is sleek and clean, with lots of natural light. The hotel provided a lovely breakfast made up of goods from local businesses. Excellent and friendly staff - went above and beyond to ensure I got my breakfast and extra towels for hot springs. Truly feel this place is an underrated gem.
