I came to Tohoku for a tour of the ski resorts with my brother. We met up in Aomori and stayed at the ReLabo before heading off to Aomori Spring. We were made very welcome. The hotel is remarkably convenient and clean. The staff are super friendly. Special thanks to our concierge Alicia, who found a solution to all our problems, even those we had created (for example, warning us that we had forgotten a telephone in a restaurant in town).

The location is about a 15 minute walk from Aomori Station so very accessible. It is also centrally located with many restaurants, convenience stores and cafes nearby. Room was kept very clean throughout the stay.

The hotel felt new, modern, clean, luxurious and well maintained. The room decor felt a bit Scandinavian. They also had an onsen at lvl 6 for guests to enjoy for free. It was located within Aomori Station (but the rooms were well insulated from any train noise) so it is very convenient and you do not have to leave the station to walk to your hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay. The building held up well during an earthquake. Highly recommended :)

The big and clean room! It is very close to Shin-Aomori station which makes travelling super convenient. The free breakfast every morning is yummy and there is a wide variety of food. Very friendly and approachable staff at the reception. They helped me with the luggage transfer to Tokyo. Will definitely stay at this hotel when visiting Aomori!😊

Everything was perfect at this hotel - staff were super helpful, entire building and facilities were clean and tidy, and so many complimentary services! - Fresh apple juice, Ramen noodle at night, Massage chair experience after Onsen etc... One of the best hotels we ever stayed in Japan! I'd also highly recommend you to add breakfast too! Variation of food you can get is fantastic. The location was great too and only 10mins walkaway from the Aomori station. Highly recommend!!

The hotel has cozy rooms and classy design with a good price, and the location is very good — within walking distance to the Aomori station and some really good cafes :D The staffs are also really nice!! They discussed with me about my journey and experiences, which makes me feel very warm! Thank you! I’ll still considering staying here next time if I have chance to go to Aomori again.

this is a very new hotel just a few months launched and locate on 4th floor of JR aomori station. Lots of shopping "Lovina" and restaurant just on the 1st floor and everything of this hotel is great. Breakfast is excellent and mostly are western food not japanese. I stay in 25 sqm which is a decent size for staying and my rooms has a full bridge view.

A 6 minutes walk away from Aomori station, very courteous and professional staff, building is nice and modern. AC could be set by yourself, dry mode is great in Japanese summer. Big rooms, biggest bathroom at a Japanese business hotel (so far).

We chose this hotel because it’s near the Aomori station and a car rental company. Staff were nice. Breakfast was great. Room was small but manageable for 2 nights stay. Lobby was cozy offering European decoration and classical music playing in background - a contrasting theme to the small, slow-life Japanese town downstair.

Probably the best room I was in Japan. Bathroom was big even by western standards. The hotel is fully new with direct access to a Lawson. Location is perfect, just 2mins walking to the JR Aomori station. Price was quite cheap.

Lawson's right across the street. Walking distance to everything. From the Furukawa Fish Market, grocery store, bakery, boutiques and even a knife shop...we did a lot of shopping. Aomori station, A Factory and Nebuta Museum was a little further but walkable. We had a nice view of the city. Spacious room, really large TV and comfortable bed for a Japan hotel.

Great japanese breakfast!!!! The hotel Nebuta decorations were amazingly beautiful, and the carpet in the hallway as well. The staff were great and nice, and did their best tohelp us. The view from our room was beautiful (sea) and the locations was right next to the sea, the Nebuta festival end of the parade and close to the main parade way, and is 10-15 minuents walk from Aomori station.
