Extremely new and modern - definitely felt more luxurious than a typical 3 star hotel. Massive room with sofa, huge TV and extra large bathroom. Location is great for Shin-Osaka, and it was a short subway ride into the central part of Osaka.

The location is perfect, it's close to the metro station and there are many stores and restaurants nearby, such as uniqlo, tokyu hands, etc. The room's size is satisfied for one person, but if there are two guests that will be not sufficient. All the staffs are friendly and welcoming which makes me feel guilty for unablilty of speaking Japanese, I will improve myself next time. Thanks for your nice service.

Easy to take train from kansai to Shin Osaka ststion. Once we knew how to get out of Shin Osaka Station (north Exit!) it was easy to get too!! Hotel people very helpful. Breakfast was delicous
