My partner and I have been staying at Blisstia Hakone regularly, and it has become one of our favorite getaways. Every visit feels like a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This is a 5 star hotel and every amenity and service reminds you of that. The staff are attentive, anticipate every need and everything was beautifully appointed. My husband adored the speedway aspect, museum, car references and closeness of the track however we had a Mt Fuji room, and I loved the spa, pool, onsen, gorgeous room and restaurants so we were both happy! We have 2 children who enjoyed the facilities and were treated like little princes. An amazing stay, thankyou!

Everything was wonderful and we would not hesitate to go back. The room and amenities was great, especially the in-room onsen bath. Every meal was excellent and the staff were on top of things and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

A hidden gem in all of Hakone. We were welcomed by a modern adaptation of a traditional Japanese home. The hotel felt more like a home than a hotel facility, and all the automation around the bathrooms and lighting made everything ease in much easily. For us, everything was as clean as it gets. Spare towels were also provided, but the property is keen to help whenever needed. The balcony and garden made us enjoy early morning coffees and late night snacks in peace and silence. The double beds act more like one, and they are as comfortable as it gets. All of the appliances, from AC to the automated bathtub work perfectly, and the provided washing machine can come in handy. The neighborhood was very silent, as it is close to the end of the region. Being further away from the main areas is not a problem, as the famous Venetian Glass Museum ca be reached by foot in 20 minutes and there are plenty of bus connections available. Finally, the hotel provided numerous restaurant options nearby and the ones we tried were really great! The place is a must stay for couples, and we are looking forward to coming back to it in the future.

The hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming. Since the hotel is located in the mountains, the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It's also super close to Gotemba Premium Outlets. Overall, I had a great experience—if I come back to the Fuji area for shopping again, I'd totally stay here again!

The hotel sits in a picturesque spot facing Mount Fuji, with our room window directly overlooking the mountain. It would have been a breathtaking view—if only Mount Fuji hadn’t been so shy and hidden behind clouds for our entire stay! 😞 The hotel staff are lovely, the hotel offers great amenities, including complimentary face masks, facial sets, hair set, pajamas and more. Breakfast was also delicious. It’s just a 7-minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop, which can take you to Gotemba Station or the Gotemba Premium Outlet.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The train station and the free shuttle bus going to the gotemba premium outlet is just across the hotel. Also, the hotel is relatively new and provides free breakfast.

Location is superb, just next to Gotemba Station, free bus to Gotemba Premium Outlet as well Going to Fuji Safari or Kawaguchiko is also easy just board from the other side of the station. Family Mart also only about 3 minute walk, Hotel also have laundry machine. Perfect Am very happy with the hotel, great value !

The breakfast was delicious. The staff and Front Desk were very helpful. They Went out their way to call For order Food for dinner for us because We arrived late in the hotel. The View of Mt. Fuji from our room was Magnificent. This is our 2nd time of stay and Will definitely come back. Also, It’s near to Gotemba Premium outlet. Just 1.3km.

The hotel offers a good breakfast and ramen for supper. There is yogurt drink available in the morning outside the onsen area and a variety of ice cream for the rest of the time. The location of the hotel was a 5 min drive from Gotemba premium outlet . There are ample car park lots for those who drive.
