Everything was perfect about our stay here. Very stylish hotel with cool interior, great location, comfortable beds and awesome breakfast. And best of all: the friendliest front desk staff you will ever meet. Everybody was so nice and helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you for having us. We would love to stay here again.

The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgable about transportation and places to go. I was very happy we could communicate in english very well. The concept of having board games all over the hotel was brilliant! My kids really enjoyed playing the dice games and the coin hunt. The rooms were very clean and nice. It was also great to have easy to use laundry / drying machines and a vending machines at the lobby. Finally, the location was just perfect for us. We shall return in our next tript to Osaka.

The room size was great, perfect for a family of 4. I liked that it had small kitchen where we could heat up milk and other essentials for the kids. The 7-11 nearby was helpful and it was just a 5 min walk from the shopping street. Overall a great Apartment style hotel which is centrally located.

The Location was perfect and nearby to local markets and metro station. The Staff were so attentive and so caring, we felt like home. Having travelled all over the world in different hotels but the hospitality here was at a different level. I had stayed here between 12th of June to 15th of June. Family of 3, we are a couple with a son who was wheelchair bound and the staff was extremely caring for our needs. Will definitely be on my stay list for any future visits to Osaka.
