The hotel couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is ideal to explore the city + the airport bus is only few minutes away too! The room was spacious and spotless, the staff was very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious as well, with lots of variety. The hot spring was my highlight, exceptionally beautiful and relaxing, with either free ice cream or a yogurt drink afterwards. The hotel offered lots of other perks as well, like free late night ramen. All in all, I can’t recommend this hotel enough and I’d gladly stay there again!

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT 😍🫶🏻 The staff was insanely nice and helpful, the housekeeping staff were also doing an awesome job every day. The room was equipped with everything you needed, and you got a bottle of water every day 😍 If you don't need your room cleaned every day, you get a payback at the end of your stay. I mostly enjoyed the hotel intern Onsen for both male and female 🧖‍♀️ The hotel is also equipped with vending machines, but also offers free coffee and refreshments in their beautifully designed lobby! Since the hotel is right next to Okaido Shopping Street, you're quick at Matsuyama Castle, Dogo Onsen and also the City Station. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest! 🥰🙏🏻✨️ 100% PERFECT! You'll see me again 😋🌻

Location is very central, close to most places of interest within walking distance. Staffs are great, went extra miles to ensure our stays are comfortable. Breakfast were delicious. We were even allowed to sit in and enjoy our breakfast even after breakfast time ends.

A small hotel on a quiet street minutes from the Matsuyama Castle, Okaido tram station and the Okaido shopping street. Staff did not speak much English but were friendly and helpful. Our comfortable-sized room had an excellent shower cubical and was made up daily. Everything was super clean. We enjoyed very much the relaxing onsen in the evenings.

There were so many complimentary services at this hotel, which makes the price feel worth it! The rooms were the largest I've stayed in in Japan, the onsen was clean and hot, and the free ice cream for after was such a nice treat! My dad really enjoyed the free nighttime soba. He went every night! And best of all was the location, right on Okaido shopping street and a 10 minute walk away from Matsuyama Castle. Almost all the trams and buses we needed to take had a stop right at the end of our street!

Perfect place. Right next to okaido shopping street, and only need to cross the street to take tram, which goes to dogo hot spring. On the highest floor, the public hot spring area has a nice city view. Also, good Japanese breakfast(plz try Japanese style breakfast. So much better than American style here) room cleaning was very nice.

Very helpful staffs, fresh amenities, a free bottle of water everyday, free washing machine with the detergent (¥100 for dryer), convenient to the tram station, very enough car and bike parkings. Very few restaurants and shops nearby, but only 15 minutes' walk to the Okaido shopping street (department-store, shops, restaurants, bars, Izakayas, almost everything you think there).. While I was staying, WiFi trouble was occurred for a couple days. Otherwise comfy to stay. Recommended.. 7th~14th May 2023

The staff very really helpful and supportive throughout my stay in the hotel. The location is also excellent, walking distance from the amazing Okaido Shopping Street. There is also a massage chair on the floor which I didn't use as it was almost midnight but next time I would like to try. The showers were excellent as well. Even if the room wifi doesnt work or anything, the staff gave me a pocket WiFi to use throughout my stay, which I thought was really kind. Overall it was an excellent stay and I would love to come again.
