Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura is very well designed hotel with convenient position to Kamakura station and Kamakura Street. There are Muji Cafe and store on the first floor. The hotel is safe and clean with well trained employees offering nice service. The staying was very nice and comfortable. I would love to visit again and recommend it to my friends who is about to travel in Kamakura.

Location was very good. Great staff. Room, bed and amenities were great. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. It was much better than I thought it would be for the price. It is a great value hotel. Ofuna/Kamakura is a really nice town, too. I regret only staying one day.

Third time staying at Smile Hotel and that says everything. Price has been lower than most other hotels so really good value. Rooms are large for Japan, modern and really clean. Location perfect close to station and places to eat. Don't need to go out either as there's a conbini connected at first floor. Highly recommend this hotel
