Really nice hotel in Minatomirai. One Block away from the Minatomirai subway station and not too far from Sakuragichō Station. Plus, it's conveniently connected to the latter by a walkway. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, with a nice view of the Yokohama skyline.

The service we received from the reception was stellar. We travel with small children and even had to spontaneously see a doctor and the staff was always eager to help. Room was very clean and modern. We loved the location close to Chinatown and the harbour with direct metro access. I was visiting a.conference at the Pacifico but the surroundings here have more history than there.

A great variety of choices in the buffet breakfast. Food & services were excellent in the Italian restaurant. Good location, especially close to Gundam factory & easy access to Sankeien Garden.
