My stay at Ritz Carlton Nikko was simply fantastic. Put a tremendously passionate, dedicated group of people through a world-class Ritz Carlton hospitality training program and you get service that's nothing short of perfection. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, it's facilities (both spa and public onsen) were amazing, and food was thoughtful, delicious, and wholesome. My wife and I could not have asked for more and yearn to be back in the, hopefully, near future.

The hotel is modern and clean and it is next to lake Chuzenji. The boss was so helpful and he prepared both dinner and breakfast for us that was included in the room price. The price is so reasonable for the area .

The hotel is in oku nikko which surrounded by nature. If you love nature or snow in winter. This is a perfect place to stay. Outside Onsen also surrounded by snow but unfortunately we cannot see the star that day.

The owner was very nice, spoke English very well and made sure I felt welcome. He even gave me some unexpected, delicious snacks ! Just loved it. The location is perfect for hikes in the area, and the place is very clean, modern and comfortable.

Situated next to Lake Chuzenji, Hatago Nagomi is renovated in August 2017. The hotel features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site.
