The hotel is an absolute oasis of well-being with excellent service. The best hotel of our Southeast Asia trip. On arrival you are given plenty of tips for a wonderful stay in Siem Reap. The food is delicious and I recommend the room with pool access. The free shuttle service makes it easy to get to the city center in the evening. Thanks to Pich and the team for the first-class service.

I recently stayed at the Moon Residence and Spa Hotel for the first time, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, helping me with my luggage and checking me into my room quickly and efficiently. The hotel's location was also a big plus, as it was situated in a quiet and peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still within easy reach of all the major attraction. I enjoyed taking long walks to pub street and old market.

The Nature is a 5min tuk tuk ride from the town centre but we liked the peaceful aspect this provided. You could hear chanting in the afternoons from a nearby temple. There are paddocks around with cows and buffalo! The tuk tuk driver lives right next door and we never had to wait more than a min. The staff were beautiful and it was really hassle free. The pool area has a lovely tropical garden aspect and we just loved it. . even when it poured with rain one day, it was very pretty. Our rooms were poolside and we would recommend you book that if possible. We booked 2 rooms (2 teens 2 adults) and it was perfect. The bathroom is very cool . . huge cement circular bath with enormous overhead shower! Brilliant. And beautiful hand painted tiles. We just loved this place. It is a little rustic the foyer and eating area features heavy hardwood timber everywhere including the furniture. This provided the feeling of being in Cambodia which we liked. Food was good . .slightly limited menu but then it is so easy to head into town for dinner and only a $2 ride. This is a great place at a great price.

We really love to stay at this place in Siem Reap. The location was perfect for us, just 10min walk to city center, but in a very quite and peaceful area. The hotel is very nice, with a very relaxing environment. The rooms big and comfortable, and the staff more than friendly and helpful. I truly recommend this place when visiting this city.

The staff was very welcoming and available to cater to our every need, always smiling and polite. The food was delicious at their restaurant and we had some of the best cocktails ever. The hotel is quiet and relaxing even though it's positioned in the middle of Siem Reap. The location is very good, close to restaurants and bars. We booked tours to visit the ancient temples and floating villages and we had a great time with the help of our guide and driver.

If you're going to Siem Reap, stay here. I stayed at Darling Pub Hostel and asolutely loved it. The design is super modern, clean, and actually feels fun. The common areas are perfect and the hostel also provided some tour, like Angkor Wat tour, floating village tour...it was great. this place feels cecureand conveniente. I'd 100% stay here again.

The staff were super friendly and gave the best tips. They set me up with a tour to the floating village—so cool to see that way of life up close. Also did a trip to Kulen Mountain (waterfalls + views = amazing), which they recommended, and it was 100% worth it. If you’re staying here, def ask the staff what to do—they know all the good spots!

The receptionist efficiently organized all our arrangements. Although we arrived at 8pm, she successfuly coordinated a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat, Floating village for us and also booked a bus to Phnom penh. The room was clean and comfortable bed, I get a good slept. Thank you.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Really memorable stay. Awesome service and really friendly staff. The pool was amazing and so was the breakfast. Rooms are super clean and very luxurious. I checked in on 23nd Apr and checked out on 24th Apr on the day i arrived the friendly front desk team provided me a tour to Kompong Pluk Floating Village to see the nice view of Tonle Sap lake and also ride a boat there.
