The hotel was very pretty and the room was nice and spacious. taney made us find everything we needed to make coffee and tee, there were also kits with a toothbrush,toiletries ecc! If you’re looking for a hotel in Busan near the subway i absolutely recommend it!!

Food superb, cakes, cookies, pastries all very well made. Staff super supportive, they helped me buying ticket online patiently. Room comfortable, coffee bar super trendy. Relaxing atmosphere. It’s my favorite hotel in Busan, since it’s really near from subway Nampo station, it’s clear and quiet and the service was really nice. The room and the bathroom are expansive, and the water pressure and temperature were consistent. The receptionists were nice and they speak multiple languages. Everything is nice here. The hotel is really well placed in the city and the people working there are so nice. Firstly we came earlier to put our suitcase but they offer us an early check in. Another big point is free water and amenities that are really helpful. Finally the room is really spacious and the bath is huge! I would stay there for sure next time I'm going to Busan.

Everything was just perfect! Truely 5 star hotel! The staff is amazing, the room looked even better than on the photos, breathtaking views, all equipment worked perfectly! Pure satisfaction! It is located next to Songdo Beach and cable car station, and despite its location might be remote from other attractions, I would definitely stay there again! Our experience in the restaurant "On the Cloud" was just exceptional 👌
