Beautiful facilities, wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests with any issues and put 100% effort into it !! The head manager of customer service is a wonderful man who made my friends and I stay a lovely experience. He was polite, calm and very supportive of us even when we lost our passport. We chose the motel because we wanted a short drive to the Seongpanak parking trail, where we were going to set off on our hike to the Hallasan summit the next day. Location was excellent! It was also wonderful that there were great options where we could have dinner, as well as get some last minute supplies from the local 7-11. The room was comfortable and the drive in experience unique. We appreciated the detailed information from the property managers, especially about checking in and checking out.
