Our first trip to Jeonju Hanok Village with my parents, and we had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were very kind and professional. I especially appreciated Mr. Roger Song at the front desk who was exceptionally attentive and responsive to my questions and requests. The hotel has a clean, modern atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right next to the train station and there are good bus connections to town. Ask for information at the tourist desk inside the train station. The views from the 16th floor were tremendous. The room had a washing machine and a drying cabinet. Staff helped us operate both. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting in the window alcove.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near Jeonju's points of tourist interest as Hanok Village (about 1.5 km) and Nambu Market (about 1 km). If getting there by car, the hotel has a spacious parking lot. The room was spacious, clean and quiet.

It was very cozy and clean — it has a welcoming vibe which I really loved! Otherwise the bunk beds aren’t too bad, the bottom beds even have a curtain for some privacy. The staff is very friendly and approachable, and they replied immediately on my enquiries! I can only recommend :) The location is also great, pretty close to the Hanok village, Nambu market and most attractions are also nearby.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped and well maintained. It has everything one needs for a long stay including washer, dryer, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, heated floor, air conditioning, 2 separate bedrooms, and within walking distances to Nambu Market, Hanuk Village, cafes, restaurants and other places of interests.

Taxi fare is KRW6,000 from Jeonju Intercity Bus Terminal to Blueboat Hostel, rather near. Clean and organized hostel. Bed is firm. The owner responds fast to any request for help and happily share info on travel. Hostel is within walking distance to Jeonju Hanok Village & Nambu Market. There is also a shopping place nearby where there is a Daiso store. Ideal place to stay for budget traveller.

Location was superb, close to the Hanok village, multiple bus stops and close to the Nambu Market. Also the most comfortable beds we’ve had since arriving in Korea (softer than other hotels). There is a large kitchen where guests can use the facilities.

This was the perfect location to experience Jeonju Hanok village, situated in the village itself. The room and private bathroom was beautifully maintained and clean and the host couple were so friendly and warm and especially helpful with their recommendations. Walking distance from a multitude of delicious food places but also from nambu market, gyeonggiijeon shrine, hyanggyo Confucian school and the jaman mural village and right next to the beautiful river, everything was peaceful and picturesque.

Whats there to say? the place is very classy Hanok a bit smaller compared to the one I stayed in Busan for cheaper but being inside Jeonju hanok village pays for it area is quiet and private comfy enough that one sunny day I slept on the porch and loads of things to see around Nambu market is just a 15mins walk, if you visit please say hello to the pet fish bunggeo(?) just swimming inside a stone bowl outside!

Love it that I just have to cross the bridge and I reach Hanok Village. Nambu Market is walkable distance as well. Staff were really friendly and nice too. Many food restaurants nearby as well. Will choose this hotel again if I ever come back.
