Efficient friendly parking and reception staff. Everything was on time and organised. Room was spotless, quite large( king and single bed) with seats,desk, wardrobe, large sink in kitchen unit area. Nice toiletries. Very comfortable bed. Great for airport and lots of restaurants around.

The hotel is located in the middle of the tourist area in Jeju city. Lots and lots of places to eat and shops catering for tourist. Large rooms and comfy beds. The staff, namely Helen - did above and beyond to help and answer any question or need we had. Really a great welcome to Jeju. I'd love to return here

    I love the location, quiet but easy to go to everywhere. A few minutes' walk to famouse Samseonghyeol （三姓穴), and Jeju Folklore and Natural History Museum with a big nice park surrounding it. I love its atmosphere, cozy, artistic taste, thoughful facilityies. The staff/owner is so nice, helpful. I tried recommended restaurants all were very good.
