The staff is extremely nice. They all speak english and they help you with whatever you need (taxi, flight information, restaurant reservations and recommendations, etc.) The rooms look quite high end and are very clean. The shower pressure is very good. You get a clothes dryer / refresher machine in the room which comes in very handy after eating in a BBQ restaurant, since it eliminates all smell out of clothes. The location is also great. There is a grocery store right next door, along with a smoking area. The hotel has a car valet who parks your car in the garage for you and gets it out in 10 minutes after requesting it. You can pay for breakfast whenever you want, and the food is really good, with lots of choices. I really couldn’t recommend a better hotel! Absolutely amazing.

    The location is perfect. A few steps from Shilla Duty Free. There is also a 7-11 connected to the building, there are a lot of shops and good restaurants nearby. The facility of the room is great too.

    This place has everything you need, including a washing machine. The place is close to Shilla Duty free pick up point for tours and about a 10 min walk to food options. We very much enjoyed our stay here and Ben was very helpful as well. Thanks Ben!

    Location is fantastic. It is near the airport and there are restaurants near the hotel. Both Lotte and Shilla duty free shops are within walling distance too. Frontdesk staff Helen speaks good English and was helpful since day 1.
