Easily one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. Amazing views of Seoul all the way to Lotte Tower. The Grand Reception is also exactly what it says on the tin. Open space and yet private and comfortable. Beautifully designed. The concierge was also lovely (Juhe-Han) and all the staff helped me in any way they could.

Breakfast served as a Korean-style course meal and was delicious, but the Korean-style menu has a somewhat spicy menu. The bed is soft and the bedding is clean. The location is good

Excellent service from front desk to concierge to Porter (esp Jin)…all with a smile! Breakfast was superb with abundant choices. Dim sum at the lounge was excellent. Bed was comfy. I like that it’s bathroom has both bathtub & shower unit. Super location with plentiful shopping.

Clean, friendly staff greeting you when you are in and out. Their lift system is good, one that doesn’t go to the floor we were at out of the three, which is good to avoid congestion.

Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel is centrally located in Gangnam business district, a short 5-minute walk from Shinnonhyeon Subway Station served by Line 9.

The view was amazing. As the hotel was on a hill our 10th floor room felt like the 50th! We could see the Seoul tower. My wife enjoyed the gym, the bed was comfortable, housekeeping left us extra towels even when we put "do not disturb", which was nice.
