We loved every minute of our stay. It was a very special occasion for us, our first wedding anniversary and all the staff were very attentive. A very touching welcoming gift was very much appriciated when we arrived in our very comfortable and well equiped bedroom . We loved the view over snowy Astana. Dinner at Salter's was unforgettable and breakfast at Emilya's unbelievable. We will definitly come back, need to try the SPA!

Absolutely love this place! We are visiting Astana the 1st time. We travel from Canada.That was the best stay ever! Beyond our expectations! The staff, the room, the facilities were outstanding! The rooms were enormous and immaculately furnished. The staff were amazing. Loved the shopping mall attached to the hotel. The gym and Spa were the best I’ve ever experienced and I’ve stayed in a lot of 5 star over the years.
