Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Astana and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. What made my stay extra special was finding a little note in my room written in Georgian – such a thoughtful and personal touch that really made me feel at home. Beautiful location next to the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to doorman. It was my friend’s birthday and they prepared a small cake for us and to celebrate our reunion. The spa facilities are very comfortable and the food for buffet breakfast is exceptional! We wish we could stay longer! Amazing butler service!

This was my second time in this hotel and they provided exactly same high quality as 3 years ago in every respect. The only thing which disturbed our stay is that on a rooftop of the neighboring building a discotheque was opened and the loud music of it could be heard also on upper floors (the hotel is already in the process of solving definitely this issue). The staff reacted swiftly be providing another room on the other side of the building.
