Last week i stayed at a Imperial Lexis KL where the service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering thoughtful amenities and local recommendations. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, always ensuring my room was spotless. What really stood out was their willingness to accommodate special requests with a smile. It felt like they genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience. Mr Othman was very responsive to my messages and check in was very easy. He gave us the code to the mail box and the key is inside. The location was excellent. We could walk to KLCC in 10 minutes and the Ampang Park station was Just a short walk away. Security was very good and we feel safe. You need the key to enter the lift area and the Security key to go up to the unit.
