The main mosque of Kuantan, Sultan Ahmad Shah can accommodate up to 8,000 worshippers at any given time. It was built in the Ottoman-Moorish style, with four minarets rising into the sky above a grassy field at its entrance. The interior is airy and light-filled, providing a peaceful place of worship for its many visitors.
