Wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful, wonderful location and the staff is amazing from Rakesh (manager) to Milano (concierge) and Luciano (barman), everyone goes out of their way to help and make sure you are having a great experience. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel in an excellent central location - a few mins walk to the Britomart train station and the bus stop for the airport, as well as the ferry. The staff are also extremely polite and helpful. Actually stayed here 3 times during the trip to New Zealand it was that good! I mentioned that the mattress was a little soft, so we got a mattress that was more firm! The hotel even held our large luggage overnight when we did a 2-day trip!!! And to top it off, there is a heated swimming pool that's absolutely divine after a long journey!! Cannot recommend it enough - best accommodation during our holiday!!

The atmosphere of the hotel is fashionable and pleasant, and the staff take the initiative to help, and their attitude is super friendly. You need a higher floor to have a slightly better view( But there are still buildings ahead). The price of the restaurant downstairs is slightly higher, but the taste is layered.The hotel accepts requests for late check-out depending on the situation, which is very useful for travelers with late-night flights departing.

Great central location in the Auckland CBD, walking distance to Spark Arena, shopping and The Quay. The apartment was very well set up and had everything for an enjoyable stay and was extremely quiet. Lovely view over the pool complex and out to the harbour. Would certainly stay again if in the area.

Great location for concert at spark arena as well as being close and walkable to the CBD and viaduct. Cosy room with comfortable beds, and a small balcony. Great little restaurant which was reasonably priced. Hotel also has on-site parking at a cost.

We stayed here as it was close to Spark Arena , and stayed 1 night. Room was a decent size, clean , had the nessecary items, bed was super comfy ( had an amazing sleep) Loved the private access at the back of the hotel , quicker to get to the arena . Friendly staff and very helpful All together happy with this stay

The location was fantastic. We stayed for event at Spark Arena and were able to walk there no problem. The 2 bed apartment was very spacious with good amenities - larger than many resident apartments and far exceeding almost any hotel I've stayed at. Staff were lovely too.
