I loved the hotel, the reception staff, bags, and the breakfast restaurant. They are all friendly, kind and help with hospitality.. I loved the hotel and I will repeat the reservation in it.

The rooms are very well appointed,, everything you might like is there. Great location and carparking is very accessible. Friendly staff. Did not use the dining facilities but they look nice too.

Right in the city. Big spacious room with excellent view of the city. Comfy beds and clean room. Friendly and helpful staffs especially at the breakfast cafe. Cafe manager and staffs are warm and friendly. Breakfast buffet has wide variety which is rare in new zealand.

This is a beautiful hotel, with kind staff, clean rooms and just an excellent place to stay. The beds were so comfy and it was quiet! I wish we had booked there longer! Definitely recommend!

Always something to see and do here. We love the viaduct.

Always something to see and do here. We love the viaduct. Boat show was on and wow some of those boats were amazing. Food so many options. Silo Park would of been cool we'd already eaten at rosies

Location was great, so close to the boats, restaurants, Queen Street, parking. Room had amazing views of the viaduct harbour and harbour bridge. Room was tastefully decorated. Didn't use the 2nd bedroom but it was very tiny.

Good modern hotel in an excellent location near the Viaduct harbour. The room was clean, the bedroom was comfortable and bathroom facilities met our expectations. Overall happy with our choice to stay here.

Glenn & Melissa are wonderful hosts. The location is amazing and close to neighborhood shops. There are great walking trails nearby. The rooms are super comfy and I was able to fully relax. A short drive from Takapuna and Viaduct Harbour. So glad I found this slice of paradise. A true home away from home.
