Our check-in is excellent and I want to thank Ms. Hazel for doing her best to accomodate our requests, she is an excellent employee. The front desk, concierge, food and beverages staff, housekeeping, pool staff, security etc are all friendly, smiling and provided us with excellent services, thank you everyone for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Our rooms are at top floor so views are amazing, they are spacious and beds etc are old- antique designs but unique, rooms are very clean, tidy and we got everything we needed. All in all, a well recommended place to stay in Manila and its location is excellent to visit Intramuros and nearby attractions. Plus, breakfast buffet is delicious! We had a wonderful stay!

since 2021, w en we had covid, i have alwys stayed in prince palas hotel.. the breakfast a is really amazing. nothing is missing. fruits and veggies are ery fresh and all isgood.. i love the place... i walking around watchig all the things, and veryspecial in all ways love the hotel.. no one for me, ever, at that price.
