We stayed here several years ago and found the hotel excellent in every way. Fantastic location near the railway station, shopping centre with a short walk to the old town. We will be staying again in the coming weeks. Great hotel.

We had a BRILLIANT time in Puro Hotel Stare Miasto. The hotel is fabulous. It’s in a wonderful location, about a ten minute stroll to the Old Town. It’s so comfortable and cosy and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfect and very quiet. We had breakfast every morning and it was delicious. A huge selection and everything was very fresh. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return someday.

Great central but very quiet location with great views through the window (towards the XV century defence wall Kraków Barbican and next to the impressive The Princes Czartoryski Museum with Leonardo da Vinci's 'Lady with an Ermine'). Beautiful both interior and exterior of the hotel, highly professional staff. Rich breakfast with fresh fruit and vegetables' healthy shots, wide choice of food. The train station is about 10-15 minutes walking which is very convenient (no need to take public / private transport).

Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 300 metres away from the hotel.
