The equipment is modern. From the room, we had a nice view over the area surrunding Monsaraz. If you want to visit Monsaraz, you should plan to stay the night (at Casa Dona Antonia)

An ideal location if you just want to switch off from all the troubles in the world. Almost total silence except for the noises of nature. Marcia is a lovely friendly lady and nothing seems to be too much trouble. She makes sure your stay is as perfect as can be. The owner is a lovely friendly lady and it was our pleasure to stay for a few nights. We will definitely return. An ideal location with a wonderful view of Monsaraz Castle. 10/10

Everything. Helpful, welcoming, great breakfast, friendly atmosphere and stunning location. Thank you. Particularly enjoyed Monsaraz Castle in the evening, with no danger signs about falling off or anything. . Lumumba restaurant across the road was great.

I had the Asilah, a lovely room with a lovelier view. It's like stepping into a medieval bedroom in middle age movies. The furnishings were classic and beautiful. The Monsaraz castle is a short walk and the church is just in front. The place has a beautiful outdoor rooftop dining area.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast, homemade granola available along with fresh bread and homemade mini waffles, fresh fruit, homegrown tomatoes and eggs and bacon available too. Set up for the day. Best breakfast we had during our visit to Portugal.
Room was very clean and beautifully decorated with a view of Monsaraz castle.
Owners very friendly and on hand to answer any questions. Common rooms also beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
Would visit again if in the area.

The rooms were lovely and tastefully decorated, very clean and modern but with a lot of character to keep the overall ambiance. Great shower and bathroom. Amaaaaaaaazing breakfast! Can’t praise it enough. Super friendly staff too, everyone was so nice and welcoming. There is no bad word we could say about our stay. We loved the location too - very close to Monsaraz castle and a great restaurant next door. Would definitely recommend this place!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The property has a great location for the Monsaraz castle and is close to other points of interest. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in different type of the room. First night room with a lake view without a plugged pool. 2nd night stayed with a view of countryside with a plugged pool. Both room are amazing with spectacular view. Our favorite is the one facing country side with plugged pool as it is facing Monsaraz castle. We traveled with our dog and the property is dog friendly hotel. This is the place where you wanna get away from hustle bustle life. Definitely will be back to this hotel.
Not forgot to mentioned that the staff is super helpful and friendly.

The area was very peaceful, the sound of birds twittering was lovely. The size of the apartment (with exception of the kitchenette) and the decor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great location, close to Monsaraz castle and other tourist attractions.
