The staff was super helpful, and the computer in the lobby was a great resource in booking fun excursions. The lack of a hot water kettle in the room is mitigated by free tea and coffee in the comfortable lobby.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, which made the stay feel comfortable from the start. The location is very convenient — just a short walk from the train station (we arrived from Stockholm and easily came by foot), and only about 10 minutes to reach the restaurant and city center area. I also loved the design of the hotel, especially the lobby, where I worked for a couple of hours in a relaxed atmosphere. Considering the service, comfort, and easy access to Stockholm, the hotel offers excellent value for the price.
