This place is a little gem, all rooms have aircon and an ensuite they are clean and well serviced. The family that run it are super friendly and very helpful. You can also hire a bicycle here. Within a 2 minute walk you have multiple store options like 7 eleven and big C convenience stores.

Excellent location, close to the city (walking distance to most of major temples) yet peaceful and quiet. Very nice hosts, who also run a cafe with great coffee and reasonably priced beer. The room was clean, and the terrace by the river was just magical! I highly recommend this place for visiting the Ayutthaya historical park during the day and relaxing in the evening

The hotel is very close to Ayutthaya Historical Park. You can rent a bicycle for 50 baht and see most everything at the park in a day. It was peaceful and quiet, clean and comfortable. They offer a nice breakfast for 100 baht. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Very clean Guist House. Host lady is very friendly and helpful. Good location for everything. Specially for visiting Ayutthaya Historical park. She arranged tuk tuk for reasonable price. Generally whole Guist House is very clean. Breakfast is only toast and jam with Coffee. Value for money. Can recommend.

Its a comfortable and cozy place, 20 min walking close to the Ayutthaya Historical Park, placed in a quiet zone. The host is wonderful, she is really kind and helpful She did a delicious breakfast, with egg and fruits and later in the evening she even offered a ride to the train station for our night train to Chiang Mai.

We really liked staying at Baan Bussara; the hostess Boonrod was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. The location is great for going to Ayutthaya historical park, and hiring bikes from the hotel made it much easier than walking there. Thank you, Boonrod 😊
