everything was great. my stay was made by the staff who were lovely. upon arriving at the hotel I realised my wallet had fallen out my pocket in the cab getting there. my limited Thai meant I couldn’t really converse with grab customer service so, Mr Tae took my phone, dealt with customer service for me and my wallet was returned safely. an absolute credit to the hotel and he saved the trip for me and saved me a lot of trouble. sincere thanks again to Mr Tae and the other lovely lady who let me check in anyway, until I got my wallet. amazing staff!!

Outstanding stay at Asai Sathorn. Location (near Mahanakhon tower), cleanliness, comfort, minimalist design (which I love), delicious breakfast… everything was really excellent. The staff at check in was very helpful understanding our jet lag (24h flying) and arranged our rooms hours before the hotel check in time. Really really helpful… that saved our “lives”. Thank you so much, guys.❤️‍🩹 The staff at restaurant (breakfast) was very nice and polite. Our best regards to Noona and Gun and all the guys there. They all were very nice to us. Great serviced breakfast and top quality dishes (thank you Asai’s kitchen). The hotel provided complimentary fresh bottled water and coffee/ tea everyday. Air conditioning working at perfection (which is really needed in Bangkok). Congratulations Asai Sathorn Hotel!

good location and services. great breakfast. the hotel is close to the BTS, making it very convenient to get in and out. Especially, air conditioning is very cold and feel good.

We chose Eastin to recover from a jet lag after a very long flight with our 2 years old daughter and we got exatcly that. We stayed four nights and got completely relaxed and recovered there. The room was nice, calm and with great view. The breakfasts were fantastic. The location is very good as well as the hotel is directly connected with train station.
