The Marhaba Hotel is modern, clean and beautifully decorated. We were warmly greeted by reception desk and right away offered to first have a lunch and then continue with check in process which we highly appreciated. During our stay we enjoyed tasty meals, lovely cocktails by the bar, view from our room, the evening entertainment and chilling by the pool. However, the highlight for us was the polite and friendly hotel personel. Many thanks to all the team for taking such a good care of us.

The bungalows that we had are perfect. The staff is amazing. The food is OMG delicious. We've been so spoilt in this holiday. The staff are the secret weapons here. From reception, wait staff and the F&b manager. They are all very friendly, helpful and sincere people. They elevated our stay this entire holiday. My husband and I had double bday celebrations and they treated us for free meals and huge bday cake. I cannot thank the resort enough for an unforgettable holiday. Luxurious and well-run hotel in Hammamet. Spacious and clean room. Kind and efficient staff. Great outdoor swimming pool and also a heated covered pool, not so big, but good is was there, since the weather in January was too cold for me to use the outdoor pool. The buffets both for breakfast and dinner were amazing with everything you could possibly ask for.

We had a truly excellent stay at Hotel Marcopolo, thanks entirely to the phenomenal staff. The reception service from, Olfa , Taieb and Cyrine was exceptional they were welcoming, efficient, and professional throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably clean every day, a credit to the hard work of the housekeeping team, especially Sihem. Dining was a highlight; a big salute to Chef Sami for the delicious food and high quality of the restaurant. Finally, the Spa service was wonderful, providing the perfect relaxing experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and service!
