We had an incredible stay at Artezen! The hotel is very well located, close to the subway station and with several restaurant options nearby. The room is super comfortable and clean, with all facilities available. The staff was incredible, always friendly and helpful - special thanks to Ricardo!

The view over the church was really nice, spacious rooms including hair dryer and flat iron. Many subway stations and breakfast spots within walking distance. Staff was really helpful with the bagage storage.

This was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my lifetime. The layout of the room and facilities and features that were in the room couldnt have been better. The staff were exceptional and no requests were too large or too small. The little touches like excellent coffee on tap with an honesty bar, croissants etc. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will use it whenever I get back to NYC. Oh yes the location was perfect
