Lower Manhattan is my favourite place to stay in NYC and this hotel is extremely conveniently located; The staff are exceptional. All of them. I would especially like to mention Alexa. She was so helpful with our packages; The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the TV could conveniently be used to cast from our phones (something all hotels should learn to incorporate in this time and age);

Everything ! The staff were absolutely amazing. We arrived early in the morning and our room was ready for us with balloons and a celebratory bottle of cava for our silver wedding anniversary. The room was gorgeous. The bar was really cool too. We hadn’t stayed in this area before but the subway was a shirt walk away which made getting around very easy.
