Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The villa was spacious, warm, clean, well equipped and elegantly furnished. Every detail from the amenities to the service reflected a high standard of care and hospitality. The facilities, including the pool and the activities were outstanding, and the location was ideal. Also booked all parks tickets from their concierge with good price and additional discounts. This stay was not just comfortable, it was remarkable and will stay in our memory forever.

This was the cleanest and best appointed hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The complimentary items in the room were all a traveler needed. I especially appreciated the almost full size refrigerator/freezer. The sheets and pillowcases were super smooth and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I honestly thought this was a brand new hotel and I was the first guest to stay in my room. Breakfast was good and I had no trouble finding a place to eat. There was a good variety of items to eat and drink, they were displayed nicely, and what I chose was fresh. The dining area, and various display cases and appliances were clean and well placed.

Don't forget to visit the aviary. They have prescription goggles to rent, if your eyesight isn't 20:20. In winter it is cool in the mornings, so plan your interaction with the dolphins for late morning. Bring a second, dry swimsuit to change into.

Great experience - great staff - price is worth it - however...

Great experience - great staff - price is worth it - however go ahead and budget at least $300 for the photo package for dolphins. They are great photos and the only photos you may have from your experience.

Excelente el espectaculo de Orcas, se llena mucho asi que te recomiendo que leas en la pagina web de Sea World los espectaculos y las horas para que no te pierdas este espectaculo. si te sientas en las primeras filas preparate para salir empapado las orcas mojaran a todos aquellos quienes esten en primeras filas. Con agua algo fria y salada.
