The customer service was exceptional. Shout out to Tina for her great English, helped us loads when we were around and also to Happy, for his Chinese and English skills as well as how he saw that it was one of our birthdays and got us a birthday cake to celebrate! Super sweet and really appreciated the thought as we couldn’t find a birthday cake. When it rained, the bell boys were always ready with their umbrellas. Before we stepped out of the hotel, they’d always ask if we needed a ride somewhere or if they can help us. Always a step ahead with their service, loved it.

Everything is perfect. This hotel is perfect for your money. They ask you how you are every morning at breakfast without getting tired. Breakfast is sufficient. The beach is a 3-minute walk. We would like to thank the female hotel attendant, whose name I cannot remember, who asks if you want anything every morning.

This place is amazing for all the wrong reasons.

This place is amazing for all the wrong reasons. Go at night. No one else will be there except the staff. It’s so amazingly weird. Like booking out Disneyland for your own private visit. Hot tip- Don’t bother doing the haunted house…unless you want a real laugh.
