Great location. Comfortable beds and the breakfast is one of the delicious I’ve had in a Vietnam hotel. Brian is an absolute delight, always bursting with good energy and is so helpful. Sophia is sweet and is very helpful as well. We wished we stayed longer since we only stayed for one night with them.

Perfect location in the old quarter. Easy access to the lake, restaurants, bars, market. Great location and nice room. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Especially Anna is great, who took care to organize our trip to Halong Bay and even during our trip helped us to make spontaneous change of the return transport. Everything worked out great thanks to her.
