Vivian was an amazing host!! She took great care of us and make our stay fantastic. The hotel is centrally located and eats to walk around. Lots of good restaurants around. The hotel is nice, clean and have basic amenities. Breakfast buffet was decent and offered local and international food choices.

This place was just perfect. I can’t express enough how amazing the staff was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They always wanted to help us, they would answer any question you have. I have never met such an amazing team. It was absolutely lovely to stay there and so central as well! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and you have many options to choose everyday. Next time I come to Hanoi I will stay here again for sure!!! Thank you so much for making my stay so much better 🫶🏻

We had a room on the 8th floor and it was exceptionally quiet and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was also comfortable so we slept very well. The staff were also helpful and the hotel including the room. I recommend the hotel for everyone who visits Hanoi or is passing by to other locations in Northern Vietnam such as Sa Pa, and Ha Long. The hotel is near the transport services for your continuation journey and the hotel can also help arrange tours and trips for you

Each time I come in Hanoi, every year with different friends, I stay there! Perfect location, close to the lake (pedestrian area in the weekend, lot of people & activity), old quarter (with restaurants, rooftops, spa, etc), rail Street and Hoa Lo reachable by foot. Large rooms with AC and Wifi. Top staff, smiling and efficient, in particular the receptionist and Mrs Mai, top advisor for tours in Vietnam . What a smile 🥰, and so reliable 24/7...
