The best hotel in Vietnam. The most communicative, helpful and friendly staff. You feel like at home. Any issues (in general there is no issue with this awesome hotel) can be addressed by Ja Cosmo team immediately and effectively. Especially Brian is the key player. He can be helpful in all matters. Michael is amazing guy. They are professionals. I recommend to take tour by Ja Cosmo as well. Worth every penny. My next stay in Ha Noi is gonna be at Ja Cosmo surely.

Very good value for money. Very good location, the room was very comfortable although it didn't have an external window (however we were informed about this before booking), the room was clean, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good with many options

The staff is extremely nice, they help with any question, even not connected with the hotel. They help with finding the right places, attractions, taxi, everything. They even booked a massage place in a second. The room was clean and the location is great, close to almost all places to visit.

The property is in a perfect location steps from the lake and old quarter but in a quieter part. What really sets the hotel apart is the staff (thank you Anna!) who really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and answer all your questions.
