I love that the staff at ja cosmo hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our family they were so helpful friendly and inviting. They arranged anything we asked and were so happy to do so. From the door man to the reception to the cleaning to the kitchen staff thank you all so much for the most welcoming stay we have had on our Vietnam holiday. I would highly recommend this accommodation to any family as they all helped out with all our family needs.

The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The receptionist, Jen, arranged a seamless trip to Ha Long Bay and even coordinated our transfer back from Cat Ba Island. When we encountered a small issue, the staff quickly resolved it with exceptional customer service, even upgrading us to a presidential suite. The complimentary massages we received were absolutely relaxing and added a touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, a great location with excellent hospitality.
