The hotel had a wonderful location in the old quarters of town and few minutes away from the lake. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Trang and was super helpful and accommodating. So lucky to have met her ! She really went out of her way to help us with suggestions and making reservations for dinner. Would def come back and stay here when we visit Hanoi again. Breakfast was top notch with great local and internationals selections. We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Du lac and would def recommend it. Also the hot stone massage was Phenomenal. Do try it out while you are there.

Mr Dong was very responsive to my messages. Mr Tom approach was excellent too. Truly appreciate tbeir kindness. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff especially the lady at the breakfast buffet was especially kind. Highly recommended!
