Absolutely amazing staff especially Justin and Grace at the reception. We had a lovely experience and felt like home. Justin was very kind to our family and left a great impression of Vietnamese culture on us. Thank you so much. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Great laundry service as well. We enjoyed our stay in Hanoi E Central very much. It is a very comfortable hotel in the City Center of Hanoi, very close to the exciting Old Quarter. Rooms were spacious and cleaned up everyday, the breakfast was tasty and diverse. What we appreciated the most was the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. Especially Rosie was always there to support us in trips recommendation, organization, restaurant selection, water puppet show tickets, airport transfer - everything! We felt truly at home and looked after. THANK YOU for the special experience! ❤️
