We had an amazing stay! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, the room & bed were comfortable, and there were loads of nice little touches like free tea & pastries available in the lobby in the afternoon. Great location, central but very quiet rooms, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was fantastic too. Easily the best hotel I've stayed in Vietnam!

Not only is the hotel ideally located in the heart of Hanoi, but it is also perfectly situated near the city’s main attractions. The hotel room is very spacious and gives a feeling of being at home. Additionally, the service provided by the two staff members （Mihn and Hang ) was excellent and one of the most satisfying memories of this trip. They proactively asked if we needed help ordering souvenirs, and their professionalism and service quality were impressive, making it hard to tell they are young. Their outstanding service and attitude brought us great joy. Because of these two, I would definitely return to stay here again.
