We recently had the pleasure of staying at Silverland May and I was blown away by the exceptional service we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and comfortable. The room was beautifully appointed and clean, but it was the little extras that really made my stay stand out. The hotel staff anticipated our every need without requesting any of it. But what really impressed me was the way they went out of their way to make you comfortable.. I didn't even mention to the front desk that I was celebrating my birthday, and they surprised me with a beautiful cake and a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday - even written in our language. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made my stay feel extra special. Also giving 5 stars to the amazing staff at Maya's rooftop bar! I had the pleasure of enjoying a drink on the rooftop during our stay and it was another exceptional service. The bartender and all the staff there was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure we had everything we needed and even offered recommendations for drink choices. The view was stunning, but the staff made it even more special. Highly recommend this rooftop bar for a relaxing and enjoyable experience! Overall, I would highly recommend Silverland May to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. This could not have been better actually. Perfect staff friendliness, and the room was awesome! To you every detail... It feels exclusive, and the beds are very comfortable! Pool area, feels tranquil even only on 6th floor. Bonus touch: free mini bar in room, and snacks/ice cubes on every floor. Thanks for having us! If back to Saigon, this is it😊
